Lasergolf Support Policy
We'll do all we can to help you enjoy playing Lasergolf. We warrant that the game software will work the way we describe in the About Lasergolf pages of this website.
We test it constantly(we love playing the game!) and whenever we find a fault we try to fix it quickly and release the Fix to all our customers as upgrades through this website.
Your comments and suggestions, and reports of any problems you find, are just as important. If you have any difficulty with the game or you have a suggestion on how we can make it even better, drop us an email here.
New features (such as a new golf course to play) are released from time to time along with fixes and changes to the game in new Versions, which customers can download from this website. See the Downloads page for details.
If you have a problem with Lasergolf hardware (the Laserclub or Tee base unit), then we'll gladly replace it. We'll ask you to perform some checks first, and then follow this Returns process:
Returns If you bought Lasergolf directly from us at this website, and you're not happy with it, then just send it back to us within 28 days of receiving it and we'll refund the product cost (but not the shipping charges).Before you do, you should first
1 Check the Support and About Lasergolf pages on this website for help in correcting any misunderstanding or technical problem you might have
2 Email us with a description of the problem you have, and send us the supporting documentation we ask for, to see if we can help resolve the problem
3 If you still need to send your Lasergolf back to us, then make sure you get a Return Number from us before you send it off.
We expect you to send Lasergolf back to us in the condition you received it, so please use the packaging it came in. And don't forget to remove the batteries!
